"As a Competence Area Manager, I am responsible for eWork's long-term supply of competence within the areas of systems development and testing.
I support our sales team by helping them to understand the customers' needs and act as their sounding board in technical issues. I also participate in the work relating to eWork's tenders to secure framework agreements. One of my duties is also be a team leader for some of eWork's Competence Managers in Stockholm, the function within eWork that focuses on finding consultants in eWork's network for a certain assignment. I also work directly with finding consultants for our assignments.
As a basis, I have university education in information and systems science. However, I need to continually monitor the development within my specialist areas. I manage to do this, above all through close contacts with our consultants and customers."
About eWork
eWork is the Nordic region's leading consultant broker. We do not have consultants on our payroll - instead we collaborate with experienced, competent and specialist people, many of whom come from smaller consulting firms.
Our business concept is to cost-efficiently provide the client with consultants who have the right specialist competence for the assignment. Correspondingly, consultants who sell their services via eWork are provided with new, challenging assignments. eWork's business model includes a unique matching method where purchasers can quickly get the best-qualified consultants on site. eWork is your contracting party and handles all the administration relating to assignments.
eWork operates in all the Nordic countries. In addition to our head office in Stockholm we have offices in Gothenburg, Malmö, Linköping, Helsinki, Copenhagen and Oslo. eWork is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. The company's main owners are Investment AB Öresund and Salénia.
